Out of season all other months i.e not school/ public holidays and weekends
Mid June/July and Sept/Oct holidays and weekends
Peek December + March/ April holidays
Rates are subject to change without notice.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking paid into a Direct Deposit Account. 
No refund on deposits if cancelled within 14 days of arrival unless the unit can be re-let. 
No refunds on early departures. A 10% handling fee on all refunds. 

The balance is payable on arrival.
